| Era Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2015, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. Taken note of resignation of Ms. Vandana Kaushik, Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. December 03, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mr. Mast Ram, as Independent & Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. December 02, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Appointed M/s. S S Kothari Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company w.e.f. December 02, 2015, in place of M/s G.C. Sharda & Co., Chartered Accountants, who have resigned as Statutory Auditor of the Company.<BR><BR>4. Appointed Mr. Gaurav Rajoriya, as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. December 03, 2015, in place of Mr. Kapil Kumar, who has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. December 03, 2015. | |
