Eros International Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide its resolution passed on September 24, 2014 have approved the issue and allotment of 37,168 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees against exercise of stock options granted to them, in accordance with SEBI (ESOS and ESPS) Guidelines 1999 and Eros International Media Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009.
