Eros International Media Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015 with the statement of assets and liabilities as on that date.<BR><BR>Further, as per the revised Code of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the said Code from May 19, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive).
