Escorts Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance of clause 5 (iii) of Escorts Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares by the Specified Person of the Company shall remain closed from July 21, 2014 to August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive) due to meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on July 29, 2014 for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
