Pursuant to the Regulation 8 & 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, Escorts Ltd has informed BSE that the following;<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI).<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors of the Company has also approved the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its employees and other connected persons applicable w.e.f. May 15, 2015.
