Eskay KnIT India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for Specified Persons commence from February 09, 2017 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).
