Eskay KnIT India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Approved the Appointment of Mr. Pushpendra Pratap Singh as independent Additional Director of Company.<BR><BR>2. Approved the Appointment Mr. Deepak Mathur as an Additional Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Re-constituted the Management Finance Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the Company due to Resignation of Shri. Suraj Singh and Shri. Narayan Ghumatkar has elected as new member of the committee in place of Shri Suraj Singh.<BR><BR>4. Approved the Appointment Ms. Chhaya Shepal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
