Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further inform that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 23, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting. Accordingly all Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
