With reference to the news flashed on ET Now, dated June 15, 2015 captioned ": Promoters plan to sell 51% stake sale. Sale likely to happen at premium to mkt price. Stake sale may trigger 26% open offer.", Essar Oil Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"We would like to state that it is not our policy to comment on market speculations. The Company has already informed the Stock Exchanges last Friday, 12th June, 2015 stating that there is no event, information or development in the Company which is required to be intimated as per clause 36 of the listing agreement."
