Essar Ports Ltd has informed BSE about the following:<BR><BR>This public announcement (Public Announcement / PA) is being issued by Imperial Consultants and Securities Private Limited, (ICS/ the Promoter) in respect of the proposed acquisition and voluntary delisting (Offer / Delisting Offer) of the equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Essar Ports Limited (Target Company) pursuant to Regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, as amended (Delisting Regulations), and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this PA.
