Essar Shipping Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, which started at 12:45 p.m. and concluded at around 4:05 p.m. on May 25, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. The Board approved to call Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company on August 10, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company.<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors at its meeting has in-principle approved to sale of upto 51% shares in its subsidiary, Arkay Logistics Limited subject to necessary approvals.
