Essar Shipping Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2015, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors has appointed Captain Anoop Kumar Sharma as Managing Director of the Company with effect from November 01, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Essar Shipping DMCC, Dubai, a wholly owned subsidiary was incorporated on August 05, 2015 and is yet to commence operations.
