In continuation of our letter dated July 31, 2017 we hereby inform you that under the provisions of Section 96 of Companies Act, 2013, the Company has obtained an extension of time for holding its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM).<BR> <BR> Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, vide its order dated 13.09.2017 has granted an extension of three months i.e. upto December 31, 2017.<BR> <BR> We shall convey the date of Annual General Meeting as and when the Board of Directors of the Company decides.<BR> <BR> Request you to kindly take it on your records. <BR>
