Essar Shipping Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders (the Code) formulated under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and other connected persons as covered under the Code from July 23, 2015 and shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 are submitted to the Stock Exchange.
