Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial result of the Companys India standalone and consolidated of global operation for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, due to the board meeting as above, Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares / securities of the Company has been already closed for specified and designated persons as per the Companys insider trading code and will reopen from expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement of the above mentioned financial results.<BR><BR>After the aforesaid meeting, the Company has arranged for Analysts/Investors conference call on February 03, 2017.
