Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company's India Standalone and Consolidated (Global) operations for the year ended March 31, 2015 and recommend Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading which is based on the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2001, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed from April 17, 2015 to April 29, 2015 (24 hours after the declaration of results) and therefore the Companys Directors, Key Management Personnel, Designated employees and Auditors including their dependents are not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company during the closure of Trading Window.
