Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened on November 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Companys India Standalone and Consolidated (Global) operations for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading which is based on the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2001, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed from October 22, 2014 to November 06, 2014 (24 hours after the declaration of results) and therefore the Companys Directors, Key Management Personnel, Designated employees and Auditors including their dependents are not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company during the closure of Trading Window.
