Euro Multivision Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2015 to September 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2015.<BR><BR>The Cut-off date for the purpose of voting in Annual General Meeting either through remote e-voting or polling papers shall be September 22, 2015.
