Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company Will be held on November 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30,<br/>2014.<br/><br/>The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 27, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (both days Inclusive) as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
