Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results and the recommendation of a Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from April 27, 2016 to May 08, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders.
