Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results/Statements and the recommendations of a Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from April 27, 2015 to May 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
