Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 10, 2014 to July 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
