Everest Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 20, 2015 to August 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 82nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 26, 2015.<BR><BR>Dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners of the shares of the Company as on the closing hours of business on August 19, 2015.
