| Everonn Education Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2014, inter alia, approved the following :<br/><br/>- Convening an Extraordinary General Meeting on March 06, 2014 for Conversion of Loan into Equity by preferential allotment of Equity Shares to the Promoter Group under Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and for enhancing the existing<br/>borrowing limit and power to create security on the assets of the Company under the provision of Sections 180(1)(a) and <br/>180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013. | |
