Approved the offer of shares through Rights Issue.<br/><br/>2. Approved the conversion of One Optionally Convertible Debenture (OCD) of value Rs. 4,33,13,816/- each allotted to M/s. The Concorde Residential Schools (Kerala) Private Limited into 10,91,303 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 39.69/- per Share. | |
