| Excel Infoways Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2014 to September 19, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act. 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. the Company is offering e-voting facility to its members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 12th Annual General Meeting. The cut-off date (i.e. the record date) for the purpose of e-voting is September 12, 2014. | |
