FAG Bearings India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2014, has considered and approved purchase by the Company all of the equity shares of 'FAG Roller Bearings Private Limited' from the remaining shareholders. The proposed acquisition of shares will be completed in 2015.
