Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE) has re-affirmed its rating as under:<BR> <BR> 1. For Long Term Bank Facilities: CARE A Positive (single A minus outlook Positive).<BR> 2. For Short - Term Bank Facilities: CARE A1 (A One).<BR> <BR> We further wish to place on record that CARE has removed the 'Credit Watch' from both the above mentioned ratings and have assigned 'Positive' outlook to Long term facilities<BR>
