Allotment of 1,50,28,427 equity shares to promoters and others on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 1.32/- per share.<BR><BR>2. The Board Meeting has been adjourned to March 10, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. to consider the allotment of balance 7,11,08,694 equity shares. | |
