Faze Three Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Director(s) and Designated person(s) of the Company will remain closed from November 02, 2015 till November 09, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly all Director(s) and designated person(s) of the Company have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closing of Trading Window.
