FDC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, has recommended that the interim dividend of Rs. 2.25/- (225%) per Equity share having face value of Re. 1 each, paid on March 23, 2016, be considered as final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Board Meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.45 p.m.
