FDC Ltd has informed BSE that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 30, 2015, a final Dividend of Rs. 2.25 (225%) per share on the Paid-up Equity Capital of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 was declared.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, above the Dividend will be paid to the shareholders vide Demand Drafts, Warrants, ECS and RTGS, and the same will be dispatched to the shareholders on and before October 30, 2015.
