Federal Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Prof. Abraham Koshy, Director and Part time Chairman of the Bank, ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. May 18, 2015, on his successful completion of term of eight years, in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Bank and Section 10A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
