Federal Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on April 30, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of 35% i.e. Rs. 0.70/- per Equity Share on face value of Rs. 2/- each for the year 2015-16 (previous year 110% i.e Rs. 2.20 per Equity Share) subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
