Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Andreas Wilhelm Kolf, Whole Time Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. the closing business hours of December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Vinod Kumar Hans as Whole Time Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years commencing January 01, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mr. Rajesh Sinha as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years commencing January 01, 2016.
