Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2013 :<br/><br/>1. Mr. Sunit Kapur has resigned from the position of the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f November 06, 2013. However, he would continue as Non -executive Director of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Andreas Kolf, has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f November 06, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Mr. Sachin Selot has been appointed as the Whole Time Finance Director and CFO of the Company.
