| Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Andreas Wilhelm Kolf, Whole-time Managing Director has resigned from the Company effective close of business hours of December 31, 2015. Please be further informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on December 08, 2015 to consider his resignation and appointment of new Managing Director.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Companys code of conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from December 02, 2015 to December 11, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
