Fiem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In above connection, the Company has further informed that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Company's internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from August 03, 2014 to August 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
