With reference to the earlier letter dated May 25, 2016, Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Chennai (ROC) has approved the application(s) made by the Company for change of name and alteration/amendment of Main Object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by way of addition of appropriate para in existing sub clause 5 of clause IIIA, in order to amplify and elucidate the technology initiatives in new verticals.<BR><BR>The name of the Company stands changed to "63 moons technologies limited" with effect from May 27, 2016. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Change of name received from the ROC.
