Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 23, 2014.<br/><br/>The final dividend, if declared at the above Annual General Meeting shall be paid on October 10, 2014.
