This is to inform you that the Company has given notice to the Stock Exchange informing that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 24th May 2017, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2017. Therefore, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities is now closed with immediate effect till conclusion of 48 hours after the outcome of the Board meeting Accordingly, directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members are now prohibited from trading in the Company's securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. The Communication has been sent to the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.
