Fineotex Chemical Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016 to consider the Unaudited financial results for the quarter December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Therefore, pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities is now closed with immediate effect till February 14, 2016 (including both the days).<BR><BR>Accordingly, directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members are now prohibited from trading in the Companys securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
