Finolex Cables Ltd has informed BSE that at the AGM held on September 09, 2014 the members have, inter alia, approved the Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014 as also the appointment of Independent Directors and the payment of dividend @ 80% on the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company.<br/><br/>The aforesaid dividend will be paid to the Members, eligible for the same, by ECS / issue of dividend warrants dated September 18, 2014 which are proposed to be posted to the Members accordingly.
