Finolex Cables Ltd has informed BSE that at the Annual General Meeting held on August 10, 2015 the Members have, inter alia, approved the Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 as also all the items of business set out in the Notice of the AGM including the payment of dividend @ 90% on the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company.<BR><BR>As informed earlier the aforesaid dividend will be paid to the Members, eligible for the same, by ECS / issue of dividend warrants dated August 19, 2015 which are proposed to be remitted/posted to the Members accordingly.
