With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 08, 2014, regarding Book Closure from July 26, 2014 to August 08, 2014 for Dividend and AGM, Finolex Cables Ltd has informed BSE that due to certain unavoidable circumstances the Directors of the Company by a Circular Resolution have decided to postpone the 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) from August 08, 2014 to September 09, 2014 at Pune. Accordingly the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will now be closed from August 30, 2014 to September 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and for payment of Dividend, if any, approved by the Members in ensuing AGM.
