| First Winner Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 19, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2014.<br/><br/>The Cut-Off date will be August 22, 2014 to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the ensuing AGM by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under. | |
