First Winner Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results (Consolidated as well as Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and fix the date of Annual General Meeting and Book closure date for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. To fix the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the ensuing AGM by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under.
