Sharma as an Additional Director, who would be an Independent Director on the Board.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Pradip Kumar Khaitan in the casual vacancy arising out of resignation of Mr. Haigreve Khaitan. He would a Non- executive Non Independent Director on the Board.
