Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from 15th May, 2017 to 28th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Friday 26th May, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Year Ended 31st March, 2017 and for consideration & recommendation of dividend on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2016-17, if any. All the designated directors & designated employees, connected persons and their relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during this aforesaid period.
