The Exchange had sought clarification with respect to the media report "Apollo Hospitals, Fortis said to bid for Kolkata based West Bank Hospitals."<br/><br/>Fortis Healthcare Ltd has replied as under:<br/><br/>"With regard to above said news item, we hereby clarify that Fortis Healthcare Limited has not placed any bid to acquire the hospitals named therein.<br/><br/>We update the exchanges on all material developments as required and shall continue to update you, in case of any such development in the future as well."
